Kaitlynn Velarde-Martinez is a New Mexico-based REALTOR® known for delivering a refined, client-first real estate experience across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and surrounding areas. With a dual major in Psychology and Criminal Justice, along with a minor in Forensic Science from New Mexico State University, Kaitlynn takes a strategic, insight-driven approach, focused on understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering a tailored experience. She is deeply committed to bringing value to every client she serves—ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire buying or selling process. Kaitlynn prioritizes consistent communication, strong attention to detail, and building lasting relationships with those who place their trust in her. Her approach is both results-driven and relationship-focused, creating a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish. Specializing in resale properties, Kaitlynn combines market knowledge with professionalism and care to help her clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence. In addition to her real estate career, Kaitlynn is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, further strengthening her ability to connect with and advocate for others. When she’s not showing homes, hosting open houses, attending listing appointments, or meeting with clients, she can be found in the Pilates studio where she teaches as a certified Pilates instructor—a passion that reflects her dedication to balance, discipline, fitness and wellness, and fostering meaningful relationships within her community. Outside of her professional life, Kaitlynn enjoys spending time with her husband, their baby boy, and their Yorkie, Maui. Whether traveling, enjoying time with family, or spending summer days at the lake, she values creating meaningful moments both in and out of her career.
